What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "User") and kg222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing any section of the website, or placing a wager on kg222, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. 2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the kg222 Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, with any winnings or bonus balances forfeited. If you suspect that a duplicate account exists in your name, you must contact our support team immediately.

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential at all times. Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account. kg222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
• You must notify kg222 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or suspicious activity on, your account.
• kg222 may require you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before permitting withdrawals. Documents requested may include a national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification.

kg222 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. However, you remain responsible for the security of your own device and network connection when accessing the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kg222 supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure convenient banking for players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and will be displayed at checkout.

• All transaction fees, if any, will be clearly communicated before confirmation. kg222 reserves the right to deduct applicable processing fees from withdrawal amounts under certain circumstances.

kg222 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any transaction that appears unusual, and to suspend processing of such transactions pending review. Players are urged to report any payment discrepancies to [email protected] without delay.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kg222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn to your main wallet.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus through multiple accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• kg222 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time. In the event of a discrepancy between a promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unused bonus amounts will expire in accordance with the timeline stated in each individual promotion.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

kg222 is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aids to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or fraud in connection with any game, event, or bet placed on kg222.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in the Platform to gain financial benefit. Any winnings obtained through an identifiable error are void and will be reversed.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the funding of criminal activity.

kg222 monitors all accounts and transactions for suspicious behaviour patterns. Players found in breach of these fair-play rules will have their accounts permanently closed without prior notice, and all funds within the account may be forfeited at kg222's sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the kg222 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of kg222 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any material from kg222 without our express written consent. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kg222, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
